GST India Mandates B2G Tax Reporting

The introduction of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) in India marks a significant shift in tax compliance, moving from traditional tax report filing to a data communication model between taxpayers and the GST Network (GSTN) organization.

To facilitate this process, two new entities have been introduced by GSTN: the GST Suvidha Provider (GSP) and the Application Service Provider (ASP). These entities play crucial roles in ensuring that tax data communication is conducted in the required format.
